MAINTAINING HEALTHY EYES

Tip is suitable for anyone, especially students or individuals working in related fields of computer & internet. No matter you are a programmer, web designers, graphic designers, internet entrepreneurs, bloggers, etc.. Or just fun to spend hours in front of the computer such as play games, chat, read the article in the blog, find info, etc..

Maintain Eye Health Tips
1. Each time a shower or wash your face, be sure to not close your eyes while the water through your eyes instead of your eyes twinkle a few times, let it wash your bath water with your eyes. Indeed, our eyes will feel a little painful. Although no scientific studies of this rule, but after practicing for a while, to date I have not been blind eye even longer hours at the computer.
